This philosophy shapes the personality of our organization, defines how we show up every day, and provides clarity about how we work together.   Position Description As part of the General Ledger Accounting Team, you will be supporting the Accounting organization in achievement of its goals and collaboratively work with the broader organization to perform required responsibilities. As a General Ledger Accountant you will assist with both weekly reporting and general ledger posting responsibilities in addition to the monthly close processes and audit support.    Responsibilities Record bank fees Review funding requests from international subsidiaries and prepare corresponding journal entries Assist with the monthly close process, including but not limited to account reconciliations and review over cash, leased assets and liabilities, intercompany transactions and certain international transactions. Transfer pricing journal entries Balance sheet and Income Statement variance analysis for both the US and international subsidiaries Cash flow statement preparation Conduct monthly review of subsidiaries’ financials Support international compliance, including statutory reporting and tax filings Ad hoc reporting and analysis Audit support  Requirements BS degree in Accounting Knowledge of NetSuite Proficient in Excel, Outlook, OneDrive Ability to work with cross functionally with other departments to achieve shared objectives Excels by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curious and hungry to learn – ready to make an impact  Conga is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, parental or pregnancy status, marriage and civil partnership, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.  Reasonable accommodations will be made to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and will be provided as requested by candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
