RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power BI Business Data Analyst in Broomfield, CO.
Summary:The client is looking for a Power BI expert (3-5 years) - they are not able to do any hand holding. The team needs additional content out of Power BI, so candidate needs to have complex modeling within Power BI.Power BI Business Data Analyst will partner the business to gather requirements: Sales operations, Marketing operations, sales leaders - bring this out in bio/resumesData Sources: Data coming mostly out of a single warehouse (Snowflake) Team also working to convert some Amazon sources but again, mostly Snowflake is the sourceREQUIREMENTS: Power BI - expert level 3-5 years of experience (both back and front end skills) Salesforce foundation - core platform experience - reporting build and dashboarding out of Salesforce Presentation enablement - dashboards; Comfortable with requirements gatherings SQL Business acumen, business facing skills to collaborate with business leaders/stakeholder Experience within Sales and Marketing Operations within a Tech company industry Ideally like a BI Developer but with Front end data visualization skillsSalesforce experience ideal as Power BI at Conga is built off of Salesforce: Role will be using Einstein Analytics to build out Power BI dashboards Front end visualization (basic SQL knowledge) - Data team will support the backend Goal early on will be to further enable the tool/optimize the tool - have experience with requirements gathering (articulate, professional, represent the team well) Experience working with Business Stakeholders - they will be supporting the Sales and Marketing orgs Ability to support complex models leveraging Power BI Experience at a SaaS - ideally small to medium sized company (Conga is about 2500 employees) Experience working in a Salesforce environment - needs understanding of core platform Dax functionality metrics and KPI Tableau is a nice to have - creating those measures out of Dax Ramp up time - 30 days to be fully rampedIntangibles: Polished, articulate, confident - happy to meet with various users and teams to gather the requirements Proactive, provide regular updates, confident in providing recommendations and having collaborative discussionsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
