The PowerView Automation team is working on a dynamic/emerging motorization capability for the window coverings business and is the fastest-growing segment of the company. As Tech Lead you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of software development while leading the PowerView Automation IoT Gateway and Cloud Services teams. This role has high interaction with product marketing, R&D, architects, IoT platform development, mobile development, firmware development, IT, and quality assurance. You will largely influence the direction of and have an immediate impact on the business. Job descriptionLead software architecture, development, and deployment of the PowerView Automation IoT Gateway and Cloud Services applications. Provide a strong technical vision, establish policies, mentor others, resolve technical disagreements and manage the technical quality of team deliverables. Use industry best practices, be hands-on, invest in continual improvements and ensure that the system evolves to meet changing market needs and deployment environments. Deliver to market a top-tier experience that seamlessly integrates into the home and sets the standard for mobile operation of automated window coverings. Essential functions:- Ensure code quality
