- Support or manage the P Card program.
- Create, maintain, and distribute department reports.
- Enter supplier application information into CostPoint vendor master.
- Review and validate Supplier Representation Forms (SRFs) and certs & reps packages and enter into CostPoint.
- Assist in development/optimization of Integrated Supply Chain.
- Assist Small Business Liaison Office (SBLO) by monitoring goals of small business program, creating and maintaining small business subcontracting plans, submitting semi-annual small business reports to the government, participating in and supporting audits of small business program, and other activities as required.
- Support cross-functional team in Supply Management efforts.
- Administer and maintain supplier performance system.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- BS/BA in a related field.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
