Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Director of ITfor a Full Time assignment with one of our premier Aviation Distribution clients in Broomfield, CO. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer. This position will have oversight of the entire IT enterprise spanning both applications, infrastructure and networks and manage all resources (internal, contractors, vendor management). Responsibilities :
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports to the CEO on the status of IT.
- Develop a comprehensive 3 year IT roadmap including goals/metrics, budget, procurement and execution plans.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations team in the implementation of an MRO system (Corridor) and system upgrades that will improve the company's capabilities in producing data that will drive transparent and efficient processes in providing aircraft maintenance.
- Provide oversight of Cyber Security, IT Risk and Data Privacy functions (likely in collaboration with outside firms/vendors).
- Successfully lead multi-function projects
- 8+ years of progressive IT roles spanning both development and infrastructure.
- Current hands-on technical capabilities
- Experience in implementing a new/first business applications system across the enterprise (ERP, CRM, etc)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering/Architecture
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance software a strong plus
- Project management skills and experience
- High integrity and strong personal ethics with a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to act in a quick manner as a strong decision maker and problem solver.
- Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
- Analytical and appreciates the need for thoroughness.
- Masters or bachelor's degree and tech certifications such as (MCSE, CISSP, CEH, CISA, and/or programming languages/administration distinctions)
- Experience with dealerships in the vehicle, aviation, automotive, etc.industry
