RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implantation Specialist in Centennial, CO.
What we offer: Dynamic environment with the opportunity to work on many different projects Fun work atmosphere - darts, foosball, Xbox, and company parties full of traditions around most holiday's Stability and growth Learning environmentDuties Include: Implantation Specialist will develop and maintain working knowledge of our applications including all revisions Deliver user training as part of initial implementation and ongoing product development Implantation Specialist will travel up to 25% to meet in-person with key clients (this is currently accomplished virtually) Develop and optimize teaching aids including training documentation, demonstrations, multimedia visual aids, and reference works Act as a link between our customers and software team; Ensure expectations, timelines, deadlines, etc. are communicated clearly between groups for implementation and client services Maintain complete and concise internal reporting for all engagements Gather, organize, and validate data between client reports and application calculations using MS ExcelREQUIREMENTS:Candidates should have at least 1 years of experience in one or more of the following: Software Implementation Client Services/Customer support Accounting/Payroll/Compensation experience Automotive Self-motivated, solution-oriented and a strong capacity to empathize with customers Positive attitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Fast learner and adapts well to changing environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
