Position Information: M&A Project Manager Responsibilities: - Evaluate acquisition IT systems, processes, close the acquisition. Connect with the IT team or MSP providing IT support to understand assets
- Oversee moving acquisition into parent company O365 tenant, create email addresses.
- Coordinate technology, IT asset and cyber security assessments. Evaluate acquisition assessment answers, identify high risk security and end of life assets and make plans to remediate
Requirements: - Base of technical understanding of IT systems and assets
- Corporate M&A experience
- Understanding O365 tenants
