He/She plays a critical role in helping drive the BU’s growth. The Manager will lead the relationship management of our largest and most important partners (vendors). He/She is responsible for helping manage the end-to-end relationship with these partners. This includes P&L and the operations of the partner throughout the lifecycle (quoting, installation, service and billing). He/She will closely partner with the cross-functional teams responsible for these functions on a day-to-day basis.In addition, the Manager should be comfortable using data / KPIs to help manage internal and external operations performance. This will involve setting targets, measuring achievement of targets, deep dive into issues and addressing them.Core Responsibilities:- Manage the overall relationship with our largest and most important partners.- Own the P&L of our partners – finding ways to drive additional revenue, while reducing cost.- Drive improvements in partners’ end-to-end performance – working with the data team to track partners’ key metrics.- Closely partner with internal cross-functional teams that own day-to-day interactions with external partners- Interact within functional areas to ensure that tactics and sourcing related activities address Comcast’s needs. Provide feedback to partner on key partner performances and facilitate partner review sessions.- Manage the contractual aspects with the partner- Assure partner and Comcast compliance with contract terms and conditions, commitments, and notifications. Monitor and approve the quality of the relationship between Comcast and its partners.
