Position:Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description:
Are you a Sales Hunter with a desire to advance your career? Then this sales position is for you. The position offers a unique opportunity supporting a large IT Manufacturer selling into the Data Center and IoT environment. Your territories are aligned to our supplier partner's selling organization. You must have a hunter mentality in order to join this aggressive sales team. You must be highly motivated and able to present strategic sales plans for management.What you will be doing- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory
- Develop key relationships and plan a strategy to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within Arrow and supplier community Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine potential design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges
- Must be able to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow
- Requires experience interacting and owning relationships with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment
- Experience creating demand for Arrow services Ability to work with sales teams and engineers to help our customers understand the full scope of Arrow's portfolio of professional services
- Requires proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com, Oracle Establish What We Are Looking For Typically requires a 4- year degree and 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience (recent industry experience is preferred)
- Innovate self-starters who are willing to challenge the status quo
- Proven ability to articulate complex strategies and able to execute on them
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. Annual OTE in the range of $52,100 and $85,000
