Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Responsible for takingtransformativeIT Application security programs/projects from original concept through final implementation
Develop detailed program execution plan and manage all execution aspects, including program interdependencies, metrics, testing,deploymentand enablement
Provide overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors
Plan, leadand facilitateAgile ceremonies like feature planning workshop, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrum, sprint demos and retrospectives
Create crisp and complete status reporting to support program discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level.
Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile
Drive risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution actions with keystakeholders at all levels of the organization
Apply consistency and best practices, leveraging ServiceNow IT Business Management product,to enablebusiness outcomes and benefits tracking
Qualifications
In order tobe successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Combined 10+ years project / program management experience with at least 5 years of that dedicated to hands-on project management in the application security space.
Knowledge of security frameworks (BSIMM,etc) and proven experience in managing multiple projects, programs to improve security capability maturity
Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement.
Have strong business acumen while demonstrating strongability tounderstand complex technical domains to lead functional-technical discussions across different organizations anddelivervalue-driven, customer-orientedsolutions
Demonstrated ability to lead extended groups of senior professionals in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to driveleadershipmeetings withsenior leadersandsolid experience in decision making
Excellent communicationand influencingskills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
Agile Scrum Master Certified
