Come be a part of our mission! Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Cyber Analyst based out of Colorado Springs, CO. What You'll get to Do:
- The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of System Security controls for the Assessment of Mission systems.
- The candidate will be expected to communicate and work closely with process and system owners, information technology management, Cyber peers, Program Office technical/management staff and other C2BMC Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to enhance the overall Cyber posture of the system.
- The majority of the A&A work will include technical documentation, assessing known vulnerabilities, engineering responses for system POA&Ms, conducting risk analysis for Risk Acceptance Requests (RARs) and providing Cyber Engineering support for C2BMC program and Customer meetings.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining RMF packages in eMASS as necessary.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
- 5 Years with Bachelor's degree in a related field; 9 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
- The position requires a working knowledge of Cyber technologies, NIST standards and DISA STIG governance.
- Must have experience in the Agile Lifecycle to include: requirements, design, development, implementation and deployment.
- Effective interpersonal skills are required with a demonstrated ability to support complex organizational relationships.
- Excellent technical document preparation and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong working knowledge of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) concepts such as patch management, multi-factor authentication, host-based security, intrusion detection, security event management and defense-in-depth is required.
- Must have experience with RMF controls, Risk assessment, Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAMs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and vulnerability assessment for mission systems.
