Job Description:

Looking for a change. Leidos has opportunities in the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Missile Defense mission areas. The work includes trade studies, system engineering, model based system engineering, portfolio analysis, software development demonstration and product testing and deployment to Cheyenne Mountain. Leidos is focused on finding the best people, processes, and tools that will provide solutions in data integration and fusion, data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, data visualization, and decision support tools.

This position will report directly to the System Engineering Operations Lead.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, schedule and execute training to the affected operational community to include training, test and operations in applicable command centers
  • Identify training requirements, and develop updates for all operational and organizational-level training programs, as impacted, which includes training materials and a plan
  • Provide approved, validated training to impacted operations, maintenance and training personnel
  • Provide final approved updated training materials to the Government for future use
  • Work with Test and Deployment Team to develop unique training requirements to ensure successful deployment of new software increments and understanding of changes
  • Work with Trade Studies Team to identify potential new training requirements and support development of training objectives and criteria for deployment

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with six (6) years of experience; additional years of directly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Currently possess an Top Secret with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Experience with missile warning and missile warning defense
  • Extensive experience developing and executing training in technical related fields

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in associated field
  • Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
  • Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts
  • Past experience in Command and Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC), Global Data Integration (GDI), or other key missile defense programs or areas
