100% Remote Customer Care Representative Job Description: The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence. Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.Work Environment: Remote with RestrictionsTRAINING SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (First 2 Weeks)

SCHEDULE:Must be open Mon - Sat from 8:00am-6:00pm (MST)

Contractor will submit preference bid biweekly with their preferred schedule (will work Saturdays)
