Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Cybersecurity - Senior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join the team in Colorado Springs, CO .Position Responsibilities:Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to strategize, plan, design, develop and verify highly-complex security solutions to meet enterprise needs

Provides strategic mentorship and consultation on enterprise execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), security compliance and monitoring, the delivery of technical reports/briefings, root cause analysis and resolution and information security policy, standards, guidelines and procedure development/implementation

Coordinates, develops, crafts and conducts research that results in new requirements management methodologies or results in outstanding approaches that mitigate assessment and review findings

Provides mentoring and technical leadership to the information security enterprise community for developing and improving security solutions

Integrates technical, cost, value and risk considerations into the secure product definition

Explores and crafts industry knowledge and methods, tools and processes applicable to security solutions

Represents the company in industry or academic forums

Advises management on a wide range of high demonstrate information security-related topics

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)

Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)

5+ years of experience as an information system security officer (ISSO) or information system security manager (ISSM) supporting classified programs

5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Master’s degree or equivalent work or military experience

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series

5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs

Typical Education & Experience:Typically 20 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
