Our Defense Division offers a variety of career paths, including program management, systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA), financial analysis, operational support, financial analysis, facilities management, and more.E3/Sentinel is seeking an on-site Facility Program Engineer to support the Department of Defense U.S. Air Force in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is focused on supporting the long term facility Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution for the organization's Facilities Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (FSRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have a technical facility background developing statements of work and cost estimates for facilities projects as well as familiarity with the PPBE process. Specifc areas of focus include:

Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and analytical techniques in order to support complex engineering assignments relating to civil engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, or architecture).

Lead the identification, development, documentation, and programming of minor and new military construction projects.

Complete all required data entry and tracking of associated projects

Support customers in defining project requirements, preparing cost estimates, drafting DD1391 program documentation and creating a comprehensive acquisition package for issuance by the Contracting Officer

Assist in determining MILCON Facility Replacement Costs for future programming

Develop all cost estimates and scoping in accordance with AFCEC business rules and regulations

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Architecture

10 years overall work experience with 5 years as a Facility Design Manager, Planner or Construction Manager

Experience in DD project programming and development of programming docuemnts (DD1391)

Ability to pass a Public Trust investigation and obtain a Government Common Access Card

Prior experience supporting an Air Force Facilities Program Office

Engineering in Training Certification or Professional Registration

Experience using TRIRIGA or Automated Civil Engineer System – Project Management (ACES-PM) information systems
