We are hiring for a Sr. C# Developer that has strong technical development skills and expertise to drive the evolution of the applications within the External Data platform. Service Management Teams deal with a very dynamic and fluid set of work and prioritizations. The developer must be flexible to respond to these ever-changing conditions. Ability to maintain a knowledge and awareness of emerging technology including hardware, software, services and development methods. The ability to support department goals that align with current and future Company objectives and initiatives. Must be able to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Experience with C#, Angular, SQL Server and Web API/REST is required. Open to remote currently with expectation to relocate to Cleveland, OH or Colorado Springs, CO office.

Essential Skills:

- Programming: C# & .NET, REST, Angular, XML, MySQL, Web API, MSTest, and NUnit. - Web Services: Web API, Other REST- and RESTful- based service development is acceptable. - Database: SQL Server, Stored Procedures, SQL query and .NET DB connectivity. - Have a high learning agility, effective planning and organizing skills, respond to changing priorities - Strong team, interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with others (technical, business, and management). - The ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Good organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously using a variety of SDLC (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, ITIL Incident/Problem Management Processes). - Good negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for basic to moderately complex issues, escalating those that require management involvement, when necessary.

Plusses:

- Unit Testing: Familiarity with unit testing and mocking, MSTest and Rhino Mocks. - .NET Core, GIT. - Additional skills include forward thinking in areas of Continuous Delivery, Containers and any experience with Cloud technologies is a plus. - Have a high learning agility, effective planning and organizing skills, respond to changing priorities. - Strong team, interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with others (technical, business, and management). - Effective planning and organizing skills to respond to changing priorities. - Enjoy staying current on emerging technologies. - Leading projects and/or leadership skills a plus.
