Systems Administrator with active secret. On site in Colorado Springs doing a STIG (Security Technical Implementational Guide) Project- Configuration, imaging, Deployment and Integration of new equipment in a Microsoft/Linux Environment.Systems AdministratorLocation: Colorado Springs, CO (Fully ONSITE Monday through Friday)Duration of Contract: 17 months contract Status:Must hold active SECRET clearance. TS is acceptable as well.W2 ONLY Process: 1-2 phone/Teams interviewsJob Description: Perform C2 system software development, design, implementation, test, and configuration management. The ideal candidate should have experience with the full software development lifecycle and cyber security and systems administration. This position is located in Colorado Springs CO and requires a Secret Security Clearance. Essential Functions: • Linux and Windows system administration• Application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to Windows and Linux based operating systems• Producing and updating Bodies of Evidence (BoEs) such as Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM), Hardware/Software Lists, and Accreditation Boundaries• Interpretation and action planning of ACAS scan results Qualifications:• Requires proficient knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience • Active Secret security clearance, clearable to TS/SCI • Current CompTIA Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire • Knowledgeable in the full software development lifecycle from requirements elicitation to deployment
