Description SAIC is seeking an experienced

Senior Systems Engineer to provide the Space Test and Training Command's National Space Test and Training Complex program office in

Colorado Springs, CO. The following represents a general overview of duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise in implementing standards for incorporation of digital threat system representations/models across various lines of effort (Digital, On Orbit, EW, Cyber)
  • Integrate with various Intelligence Community science and technical intelligence (S&TI) production centers with a role in space test and training, including, but not limited to, NASIC, NSIC, and MSIC
  • Integrate with various operational users including operational Deltas, STARCOM, SpOC, SSC, NSDC, and other USSF end users and mission partners
Qualifications Qualifications - External
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field with 14+ years of related experience
  • Must have a current background investigation commensurate with Top Secret security clearance and adjudicated for SCI access (consent to a counter-intelligence polygraph examination)
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community standard threat model environments and programs including Threat Model Analysis Program (TMAP) and the Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment (ITASE).
  • Threat based model knowledge should span the range from vulnerability models, to system and system-of-system behavioral/physics based models.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering, including MBSE software
  • Prior experience as a specialty systems engineer with NASIC or MSIC
  • Experience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area
Target salary range: $175,001 - $185,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
