Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee Command Center environments' health and facilitate high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity
- Develop processes and activities that focus on service restoration after an incident occurs. Proactively update monitoring and alerts to prevent future incidents
- Provide oversight and coordination expertise troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, applications, operating systems, networks, Telecom, etc. and consult on complex projects
- Document all hardware, application, facility, etc. problems and take corrective action as required
- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams to quickly restore service while following best practices of incident creation and resolution
- Learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the user computing environment
- Escalate global issues to established escalation path and support structure and provide timely updates to global outages and major incidents

Required Qualifications: - 4-year IT degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience with System Health Dashboards, Active Directory, Citrix, LAN/WAN Monitoring Systems, providing operational support of software and hardware in a mid-to-large size enterprise
- 1+ year of knowledge of operating systems, infrastructure, Splunk Dashboards & Reporting, SCCM
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: MCSE; MCP; ITIL Certification; CompTIA A+; Splunk Dashboard/Report
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve issues in a ticket management system in accordance with service level agreements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate/collaborate with other technical teams to resolve issues and determine problem resolution
- Strong verbal skills able to clearly communicate technical issues and resolution topics to technical and end-user communities
