- Day to day on-site interaction with our customers and become key member of customer program teams
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert; supporting and consulting team members in regards to Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF); Cloud Native Architecture; knowledge of network routing
- Producing design documentation and as-built documentation with little or no assistance
- Delivering technology-specific, on-site engineering services to our customers with little or no supervision on medium to high complexity projects
- Operating under little supervision on large projects; operating independently on small projects
- Responsible for providing mentorship to the level one Field Engineers
- 5+ years experience architecting/implementing Cloud Native Infrastructure Solutions
- Expert in Cloud Native Development; Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF); Cloud Native Architecture;
- Strong background in network design and integration, BOM creation, and implementation; Advanced understanding of network and internet protocols (e.g. DNS, TLS, TCP, UDP, HTTP, WebSocket)
- Experience architecting, designing, and building microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- VMware vCenter and NSX-T experience
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Tanzu, etc)
- Well versed with DevOps principles and using CI-CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Understanding of the core use cases for security, networking, resilience, observability, and multi-tenancy as they pertain to microservices architectures and service meshes.
- Experience in agile practices and test-driven development; Knowledge of SDLC best practices in a scalable architecture
- Familiarity with TDM and serial circuits
