Role description: The Helpdesk/Admin Support (Automotive) takes all incoming questions and incidents according to the Support process. This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support users.Will do first level support and solve the issues as soon as possible.Has the ability to escalate to the corresponding department for immediate action.The Help Desk Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team. Personal skills needed (industry experience, software, material etc.):Excellent Customer service skills Previous Automotive experience is a must.Previous Volvo experience is preferred.Has the general automotive knowledge to be able to distinguish the problem.Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems.Solid Microsoft environment knowledge.Desire to learn and be part of a team Work Location:Candidate will need to be in Greensboro, NC for 1-2 weeks when they first start to get training and meet some of the engineers that they will be contacting over the phone. After that, they will work in Commerce City, CO.
