Fast-paced property management company seeking individual with experience in AR, AP and general admin skills. Experience in GL and bank reconciliations a plus. Position entails tracking delinquent accounts, preparing late notices, demand letters and liens, tracking foreclosures and bankruptcies, and updating ownership changes in the database and website. Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills, phone skills and ability to work with a team required. Mon-Fri 8-5.
