We are a 45 year old company looking for a dynamic person with front office skills with experience working with Quickbooks. The job is 25% accounting and 75% customer support. This is a full time position for the right person. Please send your resume.
1. Accounts Payable
Entering bills (Utilities, rent, insurance, cleaning, credit card charges,
freight charges, supplies, etc)
Paying bills
Fielding calls and emails regarding accounts payables, filing related to accounts payable.
2. Accounts receivable
Entering credits
Receiving payments
Sending / emailing invoices
Occasional collection calls / emails
Filing related to accounts payable
3. Reconciling of all accounts
Bank accounts
Credit card accounts
4.Payroll
Paychecks
Direct Deposit
Payroll liabilities:
IRA payments - employee and employer
Federal payroll taxes
State payroll taxes (both CO and ME)
Quarterly filing of above taxes and unemployment insurance
