We continue to grow, so it is again time to bolster our current staffing by adding another excellent staff accountant. We need to fill this salaried position at our faith-based, not-for-profit organization in Monument, CO in July.
If you have done fund or project accounting for multiple clients; if you have worked on higher level accounting software, you probably qualify. Good Excel and 10-key/typing skills are still needed, along with good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Job Purpose: To provide general accounting for multiple ministry partners
We are deeply committed to providing excellent service to our ministry partners, and need a skilled, experienced accountant to quickly take on some of the existing load and to be available for more.
Job tasks:
General ledger, fund, and ministry/project accounting culminating in month-end close and financial statements for multiple Christian organizations.
Potentially, assisting with implementation of new clients.
Temporarily, processing some accounts payable.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated competency with both general ledger and fund accounting, to include extensive experience analyzing and reconciling accounts
2. Experience with at least one enterprise-level software. (“QuickBooks only” need not apply; we won’t have resources available to help you get through the steep learning curve quickly enough.)
3. GREAT Excel skills. Seriously.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
