We are hiring for multiple Maintenance Technicians at Fort Carson Family Homes in Colorado Springs, CO!
Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have top-notch maintenance skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Qualified candidates will have:
-A High School graduate level of competence in English and Math.
-A HVAC license and a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall and carpentry is preferred.
-Possession of a valid, state-issued drivers license and safe driving record is required.
