Assistant Director and Director
Qualifications Include
Must have your Director's License from the State of Colorado.
A Degree in Early Childhood Education or A degree in any discipline with Director Certification from the State of Colorado is preferred.
Additional Job Duties Include:
Work directly with parents and guardians concerning activities, policies, and enrollment procedures.
Arrange medical attention for ill or injured child in accordance with parental instructions.
Provide orientation and interpreting the policies and programs of the center to parents.
Implement methods for effectively utilizing the services of the teacher's aides and interns
Implementation of the curriculum.
Attend and participate in professional meetings and conferences that promote the latest advances and research in working with young children.
Required to complete additional professional development and educational training/courses.
