BCER is currently seeking an entry level BIM/CAD drafter to join our Electrical design team in Colorado Springs, CO. We recognize people as our most valuable asset. Each member of our firm is a team player and adds to our culture of integrity, trust and fun.
Primary Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate drafting with adherence to BIM/CAD standards utilizing Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Drafting MEP Systems to match Engineers design intent
Coordinate Drawing Files and electronic transmittals with Clients
Electronic Project File Management
Working with other BIM/CAD staff on backgrounds
QA/QC of own work prior to submittal to others
Preparation of permit sets for engineer
Secondary Responsibilities:
Personal Continuing Education
Set up of all project drawings
Required Qualifications:
Revit MEP drafting experience and training in Revit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass background check required for badging at airports and other government facilities
