An established Colorado Springs High Tech Company is seeking a qualified full-time Schematic Capture Designer
Job Requirements
Experience with Mentor Graphics schematic capture tool is a plus
Ability to read and create schematics and debug existing designs
A good understanding of electronics and design practices
Have an adaptive and willing attitude
Ability to design using all modern components- smt: bga, is, resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc
DC to DC conversion
I/O expanders
Serial Interfaces
Ability to grow with experience to design our most complicated PCBAs embedded microprocessors, FPGA's with DDR3 or higher and all the peripheral subsystems on the PCBA.
Hands-on capability to use oscilloscopes and other standard lab equipment to debug PCBAs.
Some experience in witnessing or testing EMI/EMC or UL Safety testing is a plus.
Experience/Education:
Qualified on the job experience
Associates Degree in Electronics
EE Degree
We will consider a broad scope of experiences and education for this position, from technician level to design engineer and graduates
This requires that you work out of our office in Colorado Springs
