Are you curious to try wearable health-monitoring devices in an effort to improve your health?
Are you interested in how food, physical activity and stress may affect your health and well-being?
We want to know¦
Whether using wearable health-monitoring technology can help people make good improve their health. Specifically, we want to develop an algorithm that will help men and women optimize their blood sugar and stress regulation, inflammation state, and gut bacteria composition.
You may qualify if you are:
Between the ages of 18 and 66
Healthy or have prediabetes
Are not following a restrictive diet (vegetarian, vegan, Paleo, Atkins, Ornish or ketogenic diet) or a weight loss diet (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, or other)
If eligible, you will be asked to:
Attend 1 screening phone call and 1 virtual study visit.
Wear a glucose monitor and a smart-watch 24 hours/day (provided by the study)
Record your food, activity and water intake for up to 14 days
If you complete the study you will receive $50.
