We are currently searching for two dynamic individuals to become the Cooks for our new facility. Responsible to prepare and cooks meals for the clients.
All positions require pre-employment drug screening and background check.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cooks in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
Bakes bread and pastries, cuts meat, serves meals and washes dishes.
Assists food services supervisor in menu preparation.
Orders supplies, maintains records and accounts.
Directs activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals.
Assists in maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Prefer one-year restaurant or other related cooking experience.
Other:
Valid driver's license and insurability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work in a kitchen setting, and use kitchen equipment safely. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
