Job Description
Requirements:
-Five years experience working in a scratch kitchen.
-Reliable transportation is a must.
-Flexible schedule in a fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintaining food quality, recipe adherence, and consistency.
-Maintaining cleanliness of the facility to company standards on a daily basis.
-Maintaining health and sanitation requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
-Be physically able to work an 8 - hour day or more while on your feet.
-Must be able to reach, bend, balance and carry large objects within the kitchen
repeatedly throughout your shift and safely lift 10 - 50 pounds.
-Have good communication and organizational skills.
-Sharp attention to detail.
-Nights and weekends are required.
