Our General Dentistry practice seeks a full time patient coordinator.
Candidate must possess the following yet not limited: Incredibly dynamic personality, well spoken, good at problem solving, team oriented, goal driven, self motivated, loyal, pleasant phone voice, reliable transportation and always approachable.
Brief job description:
Answering phones.
Scheduling for one Dr and two hygienists.
Conducting insurance eligibility checks and obtaining detailed benefits.
Navigating through Open Dental Software.
Presenting treatment plans.
Scheduling new patient appointments.
Marketing/promotions.
Conducting morning huddles.
Learning dental terminology.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm with one Friday per month from 7:45 am to 1:00 pm
