We are a growing Property Management Company in Colorado and we are searching for Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team. If you have 2+ years of verifiable experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance industry, enjoy a challenge and a job well-done, have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation we want to talk to you!
You are NOT required to live on property. Qualified candidates successfully completing the 90-Day Introductory Period are eligible for a $250 bonus.
Specific duties for this position include:
Excellent Customer Service Skills including professional, prompt and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors
Complete Make-Ready/Turns
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Drywall repair
Painting
Setting, grouting and sealing bathroom tile
Grounds keeping
Take On-Call rotation to resolve emergency maintenance issues or escalate as appropriate
A desire to learn and grow with us
Additional skills and experience that will set you apart but are not required:
Experience with boilers, higher level electrical, higher level plumbing
Experience with laminate flooring installation
Current OSHA Certification
