Local Janitorial Service is looking to hire experienced floor technicians. The floor technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the floors in an assigned area.
The schedule is Monday-Saturday nights getting started at 9:30pm
Responsibilities:
General cleaning sweeping and mopping
Move furniture before and replace after
cleaning as needed
Floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account
Communicate concerns, progress, and needs to management
Qualifications:
No less than 1 year floor tech experience required
Experience in the janitorial industry required
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation
No less than 1 year experience running floor machine
No less than 1 year experience with a side x side floor scrubber
Experience with basic floor machine cleaning and machine after each use
