BBSI is currently seeking Handy Man/General Labor professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas listed below for part-time opportunities with the potential of full-time employment upon proven work skills. High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail needed. Pay range is $15.00 - $20.00 hourly.
Projects include:
Bathroom or kitchen installations and repairs - Including appliance installations
Deck installations, repairs and maintenance
Fence and gate building and maintenance
Door or window installation and repairs - including installations of doorbells and shutters, and screen doors
Curtain and blind installations
Hardwood, vinyl, and ceramic tile flooring installations
Carpentry services
Roofing installation and gutter cleaning
Yard and garden maintenance
Painting services and drywall
Sink, faucet, bathtub, toilet installation, replacement, and repairs - including caulking services
Drain unclogging and other minor plumbing services
Grouting
Insulation services
Garage and basement maintenance
Installation and cleaning of vents and aspiration systems - including filter replacements
Wood repair
Rail installations
Pressure washing services
Molding and trimming
Home inspection mitigation, should have some understanding the purpose of home inspections
Interior and exterior lighting
Understand of RGBD departments codes or be willing to learn
Able to work independently, and in a team environment
