Earthwise Waste Solutions — a local, family-owned company — is growing fast and looking for dependable Labor/Delivery team members to support our waste equipment operations and customer deliveries.
What You’ll Do
Assist with delivery, pickup, and placement of dumpsters, compactors, and containers
Perform on-site cleanup, light maintenance, and loading/unloading duties
Help with container swaps, cleaning, and yard organization
Support route drivers and operations teams to keep daily workflow smooth and efficient
Maintain safe, clean, and professional work standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
A reliable team player who shows up ready to work — rain or shine
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work outdoors, and use hand tools or small equipment
Clean driving record (CDL helpful but not required)
Prior experience in waste, recycling, delivery, or construction preferred but not required
Positive attitude, good communication, and strong work ethic a must
