Job Description
A Landscape Maintenance Worker will maintain our commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc.
Responsibilities
Use equipment safely and efficiently
Report any issues seen outside of task performed while working
Report to work on time
Safety Maintenance and Training
Make sure that all equipment and trailers are loaded or attached properly and are to DOT specifications
Maintain trucks, trailers and equipment on a regular basis to prevent field failures and safety hazards
Awareness of aging tools that may need replacement or repair
Requirements
Valid Colorado drivers' license
Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed
No scheduling conflicts
Positive attitude and work ethic
Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer on a daily basis
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming
Salary
$10.20-14/hr. Depending on Experience
