MowJo Inc. is an employee owned Property Maintenance company that specializes in mowing, gardening, mitigation and other outdoor chores. We are a well established business that is looking to expand.
Job Requirements:
- A good attitude. We're like a family and don't like drama.
- We don't micro-manage so you must be able to think for yourself.
- You must be able to pay attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license.
- A reliable ride.
Pay: We will pay $100 cash per day for the first 3 days of your employment.
After that trial period we'll put you on the payroll at $13/hr with regular increases up to $15/hr for crew members and $17 plus bonuses for crew leaders.
The harder you work the more money you will earn You will receive bonuses based on performance, attendance, and upselling our services. Seasonal retention bonuses for qualified employees.
