Our firm is currently looking for a Process Server in the Colorado Springs area to join our team! If you are self-motivated, have the ability to work independently, and set priorities, this is the position for you!
This position will be hands-on, interact with individuals and businesses to ensure legal documents are served. This position is responsible for serving legal documents, primarily summons and garnishments.
We are a well-established, well-respected processing service firm in Colorado and we have been in business for over 10 years. We have several high-volume clients who have been with us for years.
THIS IS A 1099 subcontractor position. You will be responsible for your own taxes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Prior experience working as a Process Server is preferred.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, who thrives working independently in a fast-and busy work environment.
Additional qualifications and requirements include:
>You must be 18 years of age or older.
>You must have a reliable vehicle.
>You must have a smartphone.
>You will be required to audio record and GPS tag your serves.
You must conduct yourself in a professional manner in the field.
You must be willing to print your cases.
Training will be provided if needed.
