Looking for a Process Server to serve legal documents in El Paso and occasionally other counties. This person should be familiar with the rules of process service. Need a self motivated and detail oriented individual. Must be able to follow directions and guidelines. Must have economical car, smart phone, GPS or GPS AP on your smart phone and PLENTY OF FREE TIME. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be respectful, non-confrontational and 100% trustworthy and honest.
This position pays weekly per paper closed (served or non-served). $10-$40 per closed job depending on county.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes, gas and vehicle maintenance.

Valid CO DL
Valid Insurance and Registration
