I am looking for someone to help me start and grow a Digital Marketing Agency which will be based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
My client focus will be in the medical industry but there are opportunities to grow the agency within construction industry as well. I already have three potential clients who are in immediate need of digital marketing services and I will lock in the business once I find the right person to fulfill the role of Digital Marketing Director.
This position will be on a pay-per-project basis to start.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Expert Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Inbound and Outbound) Strategies:
- SEO (someone who stays up-to-date with Google's algorithms and new requirements is key)
- Search Engine Marketing (experience with Google AdWords and knows how to increase SERPs through paid advertising methods)
- Local Search Marketing (knows how to optimize Google My Business)
- Content Marketing (good writing skills)
- Email Marketing (experience with MailChimp is a plus)
- Social Media Marketing (knowledge of paid advertising options on Facebook and Instagram)
- Video Marketing (knowledge of YouTube best practices)
2. Website Management Experience (Specifically w/ WordPress)
- Knows how to build and design attractive templated websites on WordPress - coding knowledge is a MAJOR PLUS (some clients may want custom websites)
- Experience with interpreting data from Google Analytics
3. Consulting Experience / Presentation Skills
- This position will be a client-facing role. The right candidate will be comfortable going to client meetings with me and must be able to consult with the client regarding new digital marketing strategies.
4. Graphic Design/Artistic Ability - Photography and Videography Skills would be great!
