Home Stager wanted for Colorado Springs company
Certification in Home Staging or Interior Design Degree Required
Stager needed to do Occupied Staging Consultations with homeowners selling their homes. Work hours vary weekly so flexibility in hours and income is a must. After training, pay ranges from $25-$40/hour.
Additional Requirements:
Strong design and staging skills, including knowledge of color, styles, scale, space planning, etc.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Possess a computer, a printer, be proficient in Microsoft Word, and have the skills to create written reports.
Be personable, out-going, energetic, well-groomed, and professionally dressed.
Have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Have no physical limitations that would prevent lifting heavy boxes, moving furniture, etc.
