Position Interior Designer
Job Duties:
Report directly to Design Center Manager
Initiate communication with homeowners in a timely and professional manner
Facilitate meetings with homeowners to create color selections for interior and exterior of homes
Create an atmosphere that is inviting and comfortable for our clients throughout the homebuilding process
Prioritize critical timelines for selections to be implemented before the construction phase
Coordinate meetings between vendors and homeowners to assemble color selections process
Multitask and delegate to responsible parties to resolve issues or concerns
Utilize computer program for notations and approval by homeowner for selections
Problem solve issues that could arise during the construction process
Maintain a positive attitude and outlook while having daily contact with staff and homeowners
Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the home selections process
Possess computer skills proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to master on-line project management software
Meticulous attention to detail. Must be able to supervise many projects at once
