JTFuturequest Home Improvements, a local, licensed general contracting company is looking for a professional an office manager and administrative assistant.
This job will begin at 20 hrs/wk through the winter months, and then move to full time as summer approaches
Job requirements will include, but not be limited to, phone calls, emailing customers and vendors, invoicing and receiving payments, scheduling, managing websites and social media, accurately enter data in QuickBooks, filing tax forms, and many other various tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
No degree required, but relevant work experience is preferred.
Great work ethic and organizational skills is a must.
Ability to work in a busy environment efficiently, dealing with multiple projects with a high level of accuracy.
Construction/industry experience is a big plus.
YOU MUST KNOW AND BE EXPERIENCED WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE. No exceptions.

Office is located in quiet, peaceful home 15min. south of Colorado Springs.
