Colorado Springs based manufacturing and brand marketing company for the automotive and outdoor recreation industries has opening for administrative operations with emphasis on processing customer orders and shipments, and bookkeeping duties.

Range of Duties:
Assist team with incoming phone calls with customers for sales and service support.
Extensive data entry duties for processing customer orders and shipments using company order management database and e-commerce systems, EDI and distributor portals, shipment software and carrier websites.
Manages customer order fulfillment through domestic warehouses. Manages and directs third-party warehouses for order shipment specifications requirements and scheduling.
Runs inbound and outbound processing of freight and small parcel shipments.
Oversees daily workflow manifest for logistics, trouble shooting, and to ensure timely shipments.
Audits vendor production reports and inventories for accuracy.
General bookkeeping data entry supportive tasks.
Performs other office administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office experience
Strong overall computer competency
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Excellent writing and communication skills
Highly organized and resilient
Related industry experience in shipping, manufacturing, and product distribution preferred
Compensation:
$14-$16 hourly, DOE
Vacation allowance per Company Policy
Paid holidays
Job Type:
Full-Time during business hours of operation, weekdays 8 am – 5 pm.
Start date is immediate.
