Glazier/Glass Installer
Range: $20-27/hour
All Season Door and Glass has been family owned and operated in the greater Colorado Springs region since 1995, providing residential and commercial customers with best-in-class service for repair, replacement, and new installation.

Experience
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Commercial and storefront glazier experience: 1 year (preferred)
Duties
Measure, order, cut and install a variety of glass projects in residential and commercial settings.
Assess quality, load and pick-up material from local vendors, identify product errors and correct prior to removal/installation.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work vehicle, tools, and paperwork.
Skills
Proficient in the use of hand tools for various repair and installation tasks.
Knowledge of techniques and tools required for measuring, cutting, and installing commercial and residential glass, windows, doors, and storefront systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions for the best outcome regarding customer experience, safety, and function.
Experience in glass installation, trim carpentry, fixture installation, measuring/cutting.
Strong attention to detail: measure twice, cut once.
Customer service skills, ability to interact respectfully and patiently as a representative of All Season Door.
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain paperwork, legible hand-writing, and basic math skills.
Self-motivated, independent, able to stay on task and complete work in a timely manner without direct supervision.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, maintenance of liability insurance on personal vehicle.
Reliable transportation to and from the shop location.
Own basic toolset (specialty tools and equipment provided).
Fulfill rotating on-call status to provide after hours emergency service (includes evenings and weekends).
Team-player able to establish and maintain working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, work in a variety of conditions both indoor and outdoor, be on your feet 8+ hours a day, regularly perform a variety of physical tasks that require lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, grasping, etc.
Ability to obtain base access is a plus, but not required.
