Local Excavation Company is hiring Heavy Equipment Shop/Field Mechanic with experience working on Diesel equipment and trucks. Qualifications include the ability to perform scheduled maintenance on heavy equipment, identify and diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment and test major components to include hydraulics, electrical systems and engines. Welding experience preferred. Requires use of mechanic’s personal tools.
All applicants must be willing to consent to a background check and drug test, have a full range of body motion and be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Other requirements include having reliable transportation and a clear MVR, CDL with endorsements is preferred. Pay is weekly and a comprehensive benefits package is available.
