Rial Heating & Air Conditioning looking for a service technician to perform and diagnose a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Carrier Controls experience a bonus! Repair products such as heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, rooftop package units and VRV systems all while providing top notch customer service. Must be available to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis. Benefits available. Medical, vision, dental, 401k options.
5+ years experience in HVAC service and repair
Current Mechanical IV license and EPA certification
Possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional man power or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in crawl spaces
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
Excellent communication skills - Communications with office/dispatcher at all times
Able to work well on a team - Great team player
