With over 500 properties we generate a lot of plumbing work!

We pay all our vendors on a weekly basis!

Vendor Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 million in liability insurance is required
- Workers compensation is required if you have paid employees

- Ability to accept credit card payments
- Work orders will be emailed to you providing the scope of work, address and tenant contact information.
- You are required to call the tenant within 24 hours to schedule when the work can be completed.
- Before and after pictures need to be taken and submitted with your invoice.
- Receipts for materials purchased for the job must be submitted with your invoice.
- Any work order assigned that can potentially go above $200 requires approval by us
Pricing Structure:
In an effort to continuously exceed our customers' expectations, we must provide very competitive rates.
- Plumbing work: $80.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour paid per completed work order.
-With invoices submitted weekly, we pay weekly.
