HomeRun Electronics is currently searching for an energetic and outgoing Electrical Field Manager to join our fast growing team in Colorado Springs. This person will be managing the process for installation of line voltage electrical for our production homes builder partners.
Interested in joining a winning team? Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have an Electrical License of Residential Wireman or greater.
- Must have a minimum 5 years' experience of wiring production homes, and running electrical crews.
- Must have computer skills using office 365, navigating the internet, and ability to understand our computer systems.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have good communication skills
The complete work scope will include:
- Walking homes daily
- Walking for readiness, communicating with superintendent's about status
- Walking for options. This will be to see all the correct options are installed in the home.
- Walking for quality control. This will include the home is wired to plan, it will work on the trim and will pass inspection.
- Answer questions any field electricians might have about the home they are wiring.
- Calling electrical inspections
- Collecting piece rate folders and turn them in for crew payment.
- Upon collecting you will walk home with field electrician for options, and verify home is complete.
- Job safety. Make sure all field electricians are wearing appropriate ppe.
- Manage calls from Field Superintendents, and schedule for items to be corrected.
